2. Ordering Goods
1. All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
2. When you submit an order to us on our website via email you will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order and your order is pending. You will then receive a second email from us acknowledging your order and giving you tracking and details for delivery. You should check this second email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery to you provided payment has been made in full and authorized.
3. Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the code. In the event that the code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not comply with or qualify for the offer, we shall have the right to reclaim the value of any discount from you and the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding the provisions of clause 2 above.

3. Processing your orders and payment
1. If you are paying for your order, the relevant payment chosen will be shown on your next statement. If you are paying by debit card, we will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. If you are paying by credit card, we will take payment from your card at the time the goods are dispatched. Any payment made to us will be refunded if we do not accept your order.
2. Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
3. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout the site. For further information on delivery charges see the Delivery/Shipping section.



4. Delivery/Shipping
1. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland , some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
2. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from our manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
3. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
4. When we deliver your items to you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
5. Please note we are unable to deliver to certain locations around the world. If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to deliver there.
6. Transit times following the day of dispatch will not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

4. Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.
5. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
6. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.

7. Right to Cancel this Agreement
   1. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have seven working days from the Commencement Date ("the cooling-off period") in which to cancel this Agreement if for any reason you are not happy with the Goods which have been delivered to you.
   2. This cooling off period begins on the day after the day you receive the Goods from us.
   3. If you wish to cancel the Agreement, you must notify us of this fact in writing and send your notification to us by e-mail or post. Full contact details are in the contact us page.
   4. On cancellation, you must return the Goods that we have delivered to you.
   5. On our receipt of the returned Goods, we will exchange the Goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods.
   6. Unless you originally received substitute goods, you will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods to us, and we will not re-imburse you for this.
   7. You should return such Goods in accordance with our Returns Policy.
